It was reported earlier in the week that Vince McMahon sold $100 worth of his shares in the WWE to make a 2nd attempt at starting a football league. There was a lot of excitement and big ratings when McMahon debuted the XFL back in 2001, but that enthusiasm quickly faded and the league lasted only 1 season. Clay Travis thinks that the timing is right to give the XFL another shot.

If the XFL is going to be successful this time around, Clay Travis has some pieces of advice for Vince McMahon and the upstart league. Clay thinks the XFL should draft freshman and sophomores directly out of college, as well as target established famous QBs that have been shunned from the NFL such as Tim Tebow, Johnny Manziel, and Colin Kaepernick.
