The Oakland Raiders have all but signed Jon Gruden as their new head coach, with the former NFL coach stating there's a "good chance" he'd take the job if offered. The Raiders will reportedly pay him around $10M on top of the salary owed recently-fired coach Jack Del Rio. Steve and Jeffrey Gorman say the blockbuster hire is nothing more than a publicity stunt to bring excitement to the team when they eventually move to Las Vegas. Mark Davis isn't looking at getting the best coach to fit their payroll, he's looking for a splashy hire that will fill the seats of their brand new stadium.
