It seems to be a done deal that Jon Gruden will vacate the broadcast booth to become the next coach of the Oakland Raiders. However, heading up an up-and-coming team and rejoining a historical franchise isn't the sole reason for his return to the sideline. He has unfinished business as a coach because it didn't end the way he wanted it to in Tampa Bay.
