JT and Looney break down the Raiders signing Jon Gruden to a 10 year $100 million contract to be their next head coach.
JT says that Owner Mark Davis signing Gruden to such a lucrative contract shows that the he is not concerned with money and just wants to win. JT also says that Gruden will have a lot to fix in Oakland starting with Quarterback Derek Carr and that if he is successful the Raiders will have three faces of the franchise before the team moves to Las Vegas. JT also thinks that this is the last stop for Gruden and that he will need to win a championship in order to make it in to the pro football hall of fame.
