The TV ratings for the CFP National Championship Game were released and saw a substantial increase over last year. Meanwhile, the NFL's Wild Card Weekend saw a sharp decrease in TV ratings. If we are to believe "cord cutters" are the reason for the decline, then wouldn't the National Championship have been hurt since it's on cable?
