On Wednesday, Chipper Jones, Trevor Hoffman, Vladimir Guerrero and Jim Thome were named to the 2018 class of the Baseball Hall of Fame. Noticeably missing, were infamous PED users Roger Clemens and Barry Bonds. While their voting totals are creeping close to the 75% needed, they will have to wait another year to see if the baseball world awards them the sport's highest honor.
Jason Smith and Michael Harmon explain how baseball voters use agendas to decide their votes. When a player is retired, your vote on whether or not he deserves to be in the Hall of Fame should not change. Jason says voters who change their votes like that should have their voting privilege taken away.
