As soon as the season ends, NFL teams are ready to begin looking towards the following season. Every year, several teams are looking to fill a vacancy at their head coaching position, and many of the hottest candidates are still involved as an assistant getting ready for a playoff game. JT and Looney share their thoughts on the risk that is involved when a team want's to hire the best coach available. Said coaches don't have to commit until their playoff run is over, and as we've seen in the past 24 hours, anything can happen at the last minute.
