Leading up to and following the NFL Combine, there have been many experts and analysts have suggested that former Louisville QB Lamar Jackson should consider working out as a wide receiver. Some critics have called the suggestion racist.
Clay points out that the suggestion has nothing to do with race. Not only is Jackson weak as a pure pocket passer having completed less than 60% of his passes in college, but his blazing speed would suit him well as a receiver. Clay also points out that the same was suggested for Tim Tebow.
