There's One Commonality Among The Final Four Teams

The Final Four commences this weekend, and by late Saturday night, we will know who our two finalist will be for the NCAA Tournament.  All four teams are very different in style, background, and talent, but there is one thing they each have in common.

Doug Gottlieb explains how all four teams have had their success because the players have bought into the system and into each other.  It's extremely hard to accomplish, but when teams buy in, they tend to be more successful.
