During Game 4 against the Utah Jazz, there was a bit of a scuffle between Raymond Felton and Rudy Gobert after a hard foul. Russwell Westbrook, who was not in the game at the time, came off the bench area to confront Gobert. He has been fined $10,000 and been retroactively assessed a technical foul.
Ben Maller points out that if this exact scenario had played out while David Stern was commissioner, Westbrook would have been automatically suspended...because that's what the rule states. There is no room for debate.
