It was a rough first season for F Carmelo Anthony in Oklahoma City. Brought in to be the last to a newly formed Big 3 with Paul George & Russell Westbrook, Anthony had his worst season of his career this pas year. The Thunder were eliminated by the Utah Jazz in the first round of the NBA Playoffs and Anthony was at many times unplayable, even sitting out key stretches of games. This is a far cry from the Carmelo Anthony of years past.
On Saturday, the Thunder conducted their exit interviews and one of the biggest takeaways was the quotes made by Anthony about his future. Anthony was asked about taking a bench role and he said it was "out of the question." Jonas Knox breaks down the comments made by Carmelo and explains why he has got his back in this situation
