There was a report that surfaced on Monday that the Spurs are preparing to try mending the fences with Kawhi Leonard. They reportedly plan to do so by offering him a "super max" deal that would clock in at around $219 million.
Ben Maller thinks that it would be a horrible idea for the Spurs to offer Kawhi anything. There are only 2 explanation to his disappearing act this season.
