Jim Jackson says Paul George's decision to stay in OKC with Russell Westbrook rather than join LeBron James in Los Angeles makes perfect sense. If George would have come to LA, no matter how successful the team were to become, the narrative would've been "LeBron leads the Lakers back to prominence". Whereas, if the Thunder have any level of success beyond the first round, George would be hailed as "the guy who helped get Russell Westbrook over the top".
