Kansas City Chiefs HC Andy Reid is widely considered one of the top Head Coaches in the entire NFL. But a decision he made this offseason seemingly goes against everything he's done previously in his career. In January, Reid agreed to trade then-incumbent QB Alex Smith to the Washington Redskins. This made way for 2017 1st Round Draft Pick Patrick Mahomes to become the starter. Smith and Mahomes are polar opposites of each other with one being a safe QB and the other being a gunslinger.
