It has been a rough start to Lamar Jackson's NFL Career. The former Heisman Trophy Winner has completed less than 45 percent of his passes and struggled again on Monday Night against the Colts. The Ravens clearly drafted Jackson with the 32nd pick in this year's NFL Draft because they believe he is the future. But did they draft him too soon?
