Blockbuster trades don't happen in the NFL but when you have a franchise quarterback that can change in a hurry. Today, reports surfaced that the New York Jets are in discussions with the Oakland Raiders to trade for superstar linebacker Khalil Mack. Mack would bring an elite defender to a decent Jets defense. Pair him with a franchise quarterback and all of a sudden the New York Jets are realistic contenders for the AFC East title for years to come.
Colin Cowherd says this would be a brilliant move for the Jets and would send a message to the rest of the league that they are ready to play with the big boys.
