Tiger Has Followed in Jordan's Footsteps

After finishing 40th in the Northern Trust Open, Tiger Woods was asked by a reporter about his relationship with Donald Trump. Tiger explained that he has known Trump for years since before his presidency. When pressed further about how some people might feel threatened by Trump and his policies, Woods responded that no matter your opinion of the man or his policies, you have to respect the Office of the President.

Clay Travis thinks that was a master class on how athletes should answer questions like that from the media. Tiger is finally back in the good graces of the media and seems to be universally liked by everyone at the moment, and by not engaging in questions that are meant to be polarizing, he ensures that it stays that way.
