Monday afternoon Nike announced that the company had selected several athletes to be the faces of their 'Just Do It' campaign, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary. Through a series of tweets the athletes were revealed and one of them was former NFL QB Colin Kaepernick. The tweet read, "Believe in something, even if it means sacrificing everything."
What does this mean moving forward for Kaepernick? Jason Smith hopes this means we will be seeing more of Kaepernick publicly supporting his movement and will lead to the former QB becoming the face of support to those NFL players still protesting.
