Derek Carr's Failures Are Mental

The Oakland Raiders played a very solid first half against the Super Bowl minded Los Angeles Rams, leading at halftime 13-10. The wheels fell off in the second half as the Rams scored 23 unanswered points, largely thanks to Derek Carr's mistakes. With 8 minutes left in the game, Carr threw a weak lob pass with no one in the area except Rams Linebacker Cory Littleton (one of Derek's three interceptions.)

Clay Travis believes you should never use the word "rebuild" if you think you have a franchise quarterback, and the main reason for Jon Gruden coming aboard was to get Derek Carr's head fixed (as he's yet to return to MVP-candidate form since his broken fibula.)
