The Jon Gruden era has not gone as planned with Raiders owner Mark Davis signed him to a 10-year $100 million deal. Colin Cowherd was never a believer in Jon Gruden, saying over the summer that his marketability will not equate to wins on the field. At 1-7, it's clear that Jon Gruden and the Raiders are who Colin thought they were.
