The deadline for Le'Veon Bell to finally report to the Pittsburgh Steelers and be able to become a free agent in the offseason is drawing nearer. With the emergence of James Conner, not only has Bell's relevance to the Steelers' offense declined, but the idea that a running back of Bell's talent being a necessity has been further called into question. Rob Parker believes that Bell's talent will still warrant a contract exceeding Todd Gurley's guaranteed $45 million he received prior to this season.
