Patriots Create Dysfunction for Opponents

Colin Cowherd thinks the Patriots don’t just thrive on the dysfunction of their opponents, they actually create it.  Efforts to combat their dominance have opponents making questionable decisions and New England easily takes advantage.  It’s more accurate to say their success creates dysfunction in their opponents than to say they are only successful because of their opponents’ dysfunction.
