Colin says he would absolutely trade second round picks if he were a team like the Patriots to acquire last year’s tenth overall pick, and say he believes right now Rosen is already better than Eli Manning, Andy Dalton, Ryan Tannehill, Marcus Mariota, Case Keenum, Colt McCoy, and Blake Bortles.
