Clay Travis: Robert Kraft Will Escape All Charges

Listen to former lawyer Clay Travis explain why he thinks the soliciting a prostitute charges against Robert Kraft will ultimately be dropped in a case that at one point was national front page news.

Clay doesn’t think the case will ever make it to trial, arguing that the way in which the warrant was issued that allowed video surveillance into the massage parlor was improperly granted for two reasons.

One, it was an investigation into primarily misdemeanor charges, which Clay says you would normally need felony chargers to get something that invasive.

And two, they had plenty of evidence already that improper activity was taking place at this day spa and they could have shut down the massage parlor and filed charges before they needed cameras.

Check out the audio below as Clay thinks the only punishment Kraft could face would be from Roger Goodell and the NFL for embarrassing the league.
