Russell Wilson Inks $140 Million Extension, Becomes Highest Paid NFL Player

Listen to Clay Travis comment on Russell Wilson becoming the highest paid player in NFL history, as the six-time Pro Bowler signed a four year, $140 million extension with the Seahawks late Monday night.

Wilson made the announcement via his twitter account in a bedside video with wife Ciara, saying the deal had been done and he needed to go back to bed.

Clay wonders if the video was authentic and says the video was essentially Wilson dunking on the entire league and hanging on the rim, becoming the highest paid player and releasing a shirtless video w/ Ciara while sounding like Barry White in the process.

Check out the audio below as Clay discusses how the massive cap hit will affect the franchise going forward.
