Dilfer, who has become a major talent evaluator of high school football the last few years, and organizes camps for elite quarterback prospects entering college, says the 21-year-old Hawaiian, who practically single-handedly won Alabama a National Championship in 2018, is the finest prospect he’s ever scouted.
