Bryce Harper's Ejection Opens Debate For An Automated Strike Zone

Philadelphia Phillies v New York Mets

Bryce Harper lost his cool in the 4th Inning of the Philadelphia Phillies loss to the New York Mets on Monday. Harper was called out on strikes and decided to bark at the umpire, Mark Carlson from the dugout and got ejected as a result.

Dan Patrick feels this opens the debate for whether Baseball should implement automation into the strike zone. So much of the strike zone varies from umpire to umpire and perhaps it's time to leave it to a more strict and flawless indicator of what the zone should be rather than the more potentially flawed human eye.
