What Would a Finals MVP Mean For Steph Curry's Legacy?

Listen to Chris Broussard and Rob Parker debate what these upcoming NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and Toronto Raptors would mean for Steph Curry’s legacy, as the Warriors star is officially at the forefront of a Kevin Durant-less championship series.

Rob thinks the Warriors not only have to win these Finals for Steph to unburden himself from the ‘The Warriors wouldn’t have beaten the ’17 & ’18 Cavaliers without Kevin Durant’ narrative, but thinks Steph ALSO has to win Finals MVP, an award that has alluded him during his three championship runs.

Chris says all championships are obviously important for how a player will be remembered in history, but says Steph has already accomplished an immaculate resume as a player and says he’s already one of the greatest players of all time, potentially the greatest point guard of all time passing Magic Johnson.
