Listen to Colin Cowherd explain how the botched breakup between six-time All-Star Anthony Davis and his New Orleans Pelicans is an indictment on Davis’ inability to truly lead a franchise as its ‘Alpha’.
Colin called AD ‘soft’ and ‘non-confrontational’ and said Pelicans VP David Griffin gave Anthony Davis the easiest out ever, scheduling breakfast with Davis and his agent Rich Paul in a low pressure stage to come to a decision on what Davis wants.
In the end, nothing came to head and Griffin said he hopes to talk with Davis again in the future.
