Rob Parker Says Dak Prescott Can't Win Without Ezekiel Elliott

Wild Card Round - Seattle Seahawks v Dallas Cowboys
Rob Parker: “This isn’t a personal thing, I’m just going by the numbers. Don’t kid yourself, Ezekiel Elliott is the reason why the Cowboys are on the level where people think they have a chance to win a Super Bowl. When Ezekiel is not there, Dak is not the same quarterback. I’m not paying a third-tier quarterback $30 million. If Jerry Jones doesn’t sign Zeke it will be the second worst decision of his career since him and Jimmy Johnson parted ways in 1995. I can’t believe Jerry is going to fumble this away by being CHEAP. STOP PLAYING GAMES, JERRY, YOU’RE NOT GOING TO WIN WITH DAK PRESCOTT, ONLY.”

Listen to Rob Parker explain why he thinks the Dallas Cowboys must sign star running back Ezekiel Elliott to an extension if they have any realistic plans to ever win a Super Bowl with Dak Prescott.

Parker agrees with The Athletic's recent quarterback rankings that anointed Prescott as a ‘third tier quarterback’, and says Prescott is a guy who doesn’t scare opposing defenses late in the fourth quarter when the game is on the line and the ball is in Dak’s hands.

Check out the segment below with Colin Cowherd below, as Parker details why Prescott can never truly be an elite quarterback without Zeke alongside him.
