Doug Gottlieb Responds to Tweet He Made About Andrew Luck's Retirement

Chicago Bears v Indianapolis Colts
Doug Gottlieb: “People booing Andrew Luck is not the end of the world and neither is my tweet. Sarcastic and tongue-in-cheek comments don’t always translate on Twitter. I’ve been doing this long enough that there are plenty of people that understand I’m a smartass and always have been and always will be. If I can’t find something funny with things in life then strike me down. I’m actually an Andrew Luck fan. If you wanna go to me stealing credit cards 23 years ago you’re gonna have to go to the fact that those questions have been asked and answered. We’ve ALL moved on. If you think I should stop commenting on sports because you don’t like my opinion because of something I did as a freshman in college nearly a quarter century ago, then I think you’re gonna have to look in your own past. Do you want that brought up every time you get into a sports discussion?” (FULL AUDIO AT BOTTOM OF PAGE)

Listen to Doug Gottlieb discuss a tweet he made over the weekend that critiqued Andrew Luck’s shocking retirement from the NFL.

Just minutes after one of the most unprecedented exits in sports history, Gottlieb tweeted “Retiring cause rehabbing is “too hard” is the most millennial thing ever.”
