Colin Cowherd Previews Eagles vs. Packers Thursday Night Football Game

Green Bay Packers v Philadelphia Eagles

Listen to Colin Cowherd preview tonight’s Green Bay Packers versus Philadelphia Eagles Thursday Night Football game that could finally test a Packers defense that has steamrolled three incompetent offenses in Chicago, Minnesota, and Denver.

Green Bay’s defense has forced more turnovers than any team in the league, is second in fewest points allowed, and is third in sacks, but Philly’s Carson Wentz should offer a much more difficult matchup than Mitch Trubisky, Kirk Cousins, and Joe Flacco.

The Eagles have lost two of their first three games and are in danger of falling three games back of the streaking Dallas Cowboys, who have used the NFL’s easiest schedule to lunge out to a big lead in the NFC East.

Green Bay is a 4-point favorite, but many around the league are worried about a Packers offense that has been alarmingly harmless.

Aaron Rodgers ranks a lukewarm 16th in the NFL in QBR and hasn’t thrown for over 240 yards in a game yet this season. Rodgers is on pace for just 3,451 passing yards and 21 touchdowns.

Check out the audio below full as Colin makes his pick for the game and tells you why both teams may soon be going through a transition phase with their quarterbacks.
