Eagles' Fletcher Cox Uses Shotgun to Repel His Girlfriend's Jealous Ex-BF

Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Fletcher Cox chased off an intruder at his home with a shotgun. Police say Cox was at home when the ex-boyfriend of his current girlfriend showed up at his house looking for her. The man, identified as Corbyn Nyemah, damaged the woman's vehicle and started throwing rocks at the front door.

Nyemah, who was armed with a baseball bat, was seen pacing around the house and even tried to enter Cox's home through the garage. That's when Cox armed himself with a shotgun and called 911. When Nyemah saw the 6'4", 310-pound football player holding a shotgun,he fled the property in his Porsche SUV.

Police began to chase after him, but had to call off the pursuit due to the "erratic driving and identification of the suspect."

He was arrested by federal marshals a few days later and was charged with burglary, two counts of criminal mischief, and resisting arrest.

Cox's girlfriend was granted a temporary restraining order against Nyemah following the incident.
