Ranking the 6 NFL Head Coaching Jobs that Will Soon Be Vacant
Colin Cowherd: “Here are the six head coaching jobs that I think will potentially be open.”
6. Washington Redskins, Jay Gruden [Fired]: “This is a crappy job. Don’t like the owner or the GM, and I don't like the personnel either; it’s the worst roster in the division.”
5. Cleveland Browns, Freddie Kitchens: “You get a star running back, some really nice weapons, Myles Garrett is a superstar pass rusher, Denzel Ward is a great corner, you’ve got chaos in the organization’s history but you’ve got a lot of GUYS. All you’ve got to do is upgrade the offensive line with Baker and you can win a bunch of games.”
4. Jacksonville Jaguars, Doug Marrone: “The owner is well-liked, The defensive line personnel is excellent, star running back, winnable division, no state tax, and next to the beach with you and your family. That quarterback room with Nick Foles and Gardner Minshew isn’t a disaster.
3. New York Giants, Pat Shurmur: “You got Super Bowls in their history, solid ownership, go-to star running back, Daniel Jones has actually played very well over the last month, and I think the offensive line has been upgraded.”
2. Atlanta Falcons, Dan Quinn: “You get Matt Ryan, a very good GM, I like their wide receivers, and tight end weapons in an offensive league. It’s a dome team, good owner, and a quarterback who has been to a Super Bowl.”
1. Dallas Cowboys, Jason Garrett: “They have a great offensive in a league where not many are good. You got a star receiver, you got a star running back, very good young talent that is moldable, and big time money.”
