According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Mike Garafolo, and Tom Pelissero, Lynch is currently meeting with the Seattle Seahawks who in fact are depleted at the running back position.
Chris Carson was a consistent ball carrier for Seattle, but he injured his hip during Sunday's loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Along with Carson being sidelined for the postseason, Seattle's backup running back, C.J. Prosise, also went down with a broken arm during Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
With these injuries, the Seahawks are looking to fill the voids with Lynch. Not only Lynch, Seattle is also looking to sit down with former running back Robert Turbin. Seattle seems to be going this route because they'll need a back that is willing and ready to help with pass protection especially in the playoffs.
Seahawks will take on the San Francisco 49ers next Sunday Night.
