Clay Travis is joined by NFL Hall of Famer and NFL all-time leading rusher, Emmitt Smith. Clay and Smith cover a lot of ground in the world of football, starting with Clay's praise of Emmitt Smith and the way he handled and reacted to his son's decision to choose to play college football at Stanford, rather than at Smith's Alma mater Florida.
The two then talk about the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys have a big off-season coming up, with a lot of big time decisions to make, the most notable of them being Dak Prescott and how much the Cowboys should pay him. Emmitt Smith believes that Dak Prescott will lead the Cowboys to a Super Bowl one day.
Clay asks Emmitt Smith about the performance of Ezekiel Elliott this season, and the firing of Jason Garrett, which Smith believes was the right decision. The Cowboys have a huge year ahead of them, and Emmitt Smith believes it's time for them to find their identity and stick to it. What should that identity be? Emmitt Smith puts it simply: "Run the rock!"
