On today’s edition of Straight Outta Vegas, RJ Bell and the guys discuss the 76ers win over the Clippers last night. Steve Fezzik says the win last night was borderline meaningless because they’re 25-2 at home and have yet to prove they can be hit with adversity on the road and pull out a win. RJ agrees with him when looking at the numbers; saying they’re 9-19 on the road, and when you look at the average Vegas spread it is pick-em, meaning they should’ve won half of them. RJ thinks the Sixers teased the fans again with the win against the Clippers last night, but he still doesn’t trust them. Jonas says he thinks the 76ers are like the Celtics of last year and the year will end disappointing for them. The idea that Embiid and Simmons are going to change is unlikely, and the reality is there will be some good highs throughout the season, but no big playoff wins according to the guys.
