Trevor Bauer: “Rob, if you’re watching the video -- you probably won’t because you don’t even have a pulse on the game that you’re commissioner of -- but if you’re watching this video and you want to talk about some stuff and want some recommendations, hit me up. I’m sure you can get into contact with me, and I’m sure you’ll be fining me.”
MLB All-Star Pitcher Trevor Bauer had some choice words for MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred in an unprecedented monologue he did with the media group ‘Momentum’, where the outspoken 29-year-old absolutely ripped into Manfred for all the ‘stupid ideas’ the league has proposed in recent months.
Bauer might be known more for his activity on Twitter than his performance on the mound, as the controversial bad boy has always been extremely vocal on his social media platforms around polarizing topics.
Bauer had been a brutally outspoken critic of the Astros on Twitter way before they were ever being investigated by Major League Baseball, and has been arguably the league’s biggest troll when it comes to not only calling out active players, but destroying fans who ‘come at him’ on social media as well.
It hasn’t exactly been the most fun month ever for Manfred either, as the commissioner's plan for new rule changes across the sport, as well as his decision to not punish Houston Astros players in their sign-stealing cheating allegations has been bet with extreme derision.
