Colin Cowherd: James Harden Will Never Have Success in the Playoffs

Colin Cowherd: “Kobe Bryant told James Harden ‘bruh, you’re not going to win titles like this, you cannot sustain this kind of ball-centric offense. You just don’t have the energy’. And we’ve seen proof that James erodes, and we also know with this style that you don’t get the calls in the postseason either. LeBron only has one scoring title even though he could have probably won the scoring title 8 out of the last 10 years. It’s about WINNING for him… James has made a choice; it’s going to be about money, points, and ‘give me the ball.’ That ain’t winning you games in May and June.” (Full Video Above)

Listen to Colin Cowherd discuss a bizarre recent ‘beef’ between James Harden and Giannis Antetokounmpo, where Harden took offense to comments Giannis made during the Live television All-Star game draft.

Giannis had to pick between three players left in the draft pool, with Kemba Walker, Harden, and Trae Young being the last players remaining. Giannis picked Walker, saying ‘I want somebody who is gonna pass the ball’.

Harden actually took offense to the joke, later saying during an interview with Rachel Nichols that he averages more assists than Walker, and later blasted Giannis saying ‘I wish I could just run and be 7 feet and just dunk. Like that takes no skill at all. I gotta actually learn how to play basketball, how to have skill. I take that any day.'

Colin says the interview summed up Harden’s career as a guy who cares more about their own personal stats then winning championships.
