Today on Straight Outta Vegas, RJ Bell and the crew try to make sense of the Rams trading Brandin Cooks to the Texans and though the Rams may have gotten out from under a big contract, the timing has RJ puzzled. The Rams could have saved $4M if they traded Cooks weeks ago leaving RJ to believe the organization had a fundamental change over the last few weeks, possibly due to the coronavirus. Now the decision to trade Cooks has now downgraded their future odds and the team that seemed to go all-in for assets over the last two years is having a fire sale.
