Reggie Miller Says He Trash-Talked Scottie Pippen's Contract at Foul Line
Reggie Miller: “I tried to use some of that material while we played, especially on Scottie. Certainly at the free throw line going ‘I can’t believe they’re trying to get rid of you, dude! Are you kidding!’ I would use a little bit of that during the game… First of all Scottie, I hope you’re that upset with your agent! I get it that you took the money and it’s admirable taking care of the family because that comes first, but Hey Scottie: IF THE OWNER TELLS YOU IT’S A BAD DEAL AND ‘I WOULDN’T TAKE IT’, IT’S SAFE TO SAY DON’T TAKE THE DEAL. Don’t come crying back to me a few years later wanting more money. He TOLD you it was a bad idea!” (Full Audio Above)

Former NBA star Reggie Miller joined The Dan Patrick Show to talk ESPN’s ‘The Last Dance’ Documentary, and his role as one of the 1990’s Chicago Bulls' most hated rivals.

Miller says he used to talk trash to Scottie Pippen at the free throw line about Scottie’s infamously low contract during that era, a storyline that was well covered in the opening night of the documentary's release.

Check out the audio above as Miller says that Pippen needs to blame his agent for talking him into taking such a low offer.
