Check out the audio above as Mariotti says he hopes the documentary addresses the rampant rumors surrounding Michael Jordan’s peculiar temporary retirement from the NBA in the mid-90’s where Jordan was said to have left to play baseball in honor of his late father who was murdered at a rest stop. Conspiracy theories have long alleged that Jordan’s chronic gambling problems may have been the reason for his one and a half year exodus from the NBA in the middle of his prime as a 'secret suspension.'
