Today on Straight outta Vegas, RJ Bell looks back on his bet for who will be the Bears starting quarterback in week 1. RJ had laid a bet on Nick Foles at -150 to start the season and even though the Bears passed on Mitch Trubisky's 5th year option, there's a reasonable chance they still re-sign him if he performs well. RJ secured himself a guaranteed winner by taking +200 on Trubisky. Even if you didn't have Foles at -150, RJ recommends Trubisky at 2 to 1 because if Chicago went to Foles off the bat, it's harder for them to go backwards. Meanwhile, if they start with Mitch and he comes out the gates cold, that's when it become easier to move on from him.
