Clay Travis has been fighting for the Big 10 conference for the better part of the past month, in hopes that they will be able to play football this fall. On Tuesday, things got taken up a notch, as President Trump, who joined Clay on the program in August, had a conversation with Big 10 Commissioner Kevin Warren about the conference getting back to the field and playing football.
This is definitely positive news for Big 10 fans across the country, but many people are asking why the Big 10 is the only conference getting attention out of all the conferences that have decided to not play football this season. Why hasn't the Pac-12 gotten similar attention for their situation? To Clay, the answer is pretty clear and simple.
The Big 10 fans, players, coaches and parents deserve a lot of credit according to Clay. They have been heard loud and clear in recent weeks in voicing their displeasure with the Big 10's decision to not play football this season. In contrast, what have we heard from the Pac-12? Have we heard any sort of push back from a single coach or player? The fans in the Pac-12 haven't even pushed back. Nobody in the Pac-12 has been fighting for a season, while it seems like the Big 10 has an entire army scrapping to get their season back.
