Seahawks at Bills (SPREAD: SEA -3)

“I’m going to take Seattle -3 at Buffalo. Don’t worry about the East Coast, Seattle is on a 10-game winning streak in the Eastern Time Zone. That’s the best place they play. I can’t figure it out, but it is. Russell Wilson is the best player on the planet and he’s playing Josh Allen. Josh Allen has not played well for a couple of weeks. He has 4 touchdowns and 5 turnovers in the last four games, and if you look at his quarterback rating in the last four games it’s 79. Josh is not playing particularly well right now, and their defense is not good enough to beat good teams. They’ve beaten one good team all year, the Raiders. Rams win doesn’t count, they got an officiating break on one of the last plays of the game. They’re only the third team in NFL history to be 6-2 and have a negative point differential. This is a little bit of Fools Good here, and I like Seattle to win and cover, 33-26.”

Colin's pick: Seattle -3

Ravens at Colts (SPREAD: BAL -2.5)

“Baltimore -2.5, I’m going to take the Ravens. They have a huge advantage at quarterback. When you have Lamar Jackson you can roll the pocket, run QB draws, and throw it down the field. Lamar has been very good on the road the last few years, and let’s not freak out – they had 460 total yards versus the Steelers. He made mistakes and he has regressed, but you can do things with Lamar Jackson that you can’t do with Philip Rivers, and that’s the NFL in 2020. I have questions about the Colts. They have a low ceiling, and their five wins are against the Vikings, Jets, Bears, Bengals, and Lions. They’re a little too hot and cold for me, and I don’t trust them. Their defense feels like it is very reliant on Darius Leonard. I like the Ravens to win by a touchdown and cover, 27-20.”

Colin's pick: Baltimore -2.5

Giants at Washington Football Team (SPREAD: WAS -3)

“I like Washington -3 here. They’re off a bye and the Giants are on a short week coming off Monday Night Football. You know I always love that, it means they got five extra practices with a veteran head coach Ron Rivera. The Giants are coming off an emotional last play of the game loss to Tampa, do they take a step back? Washington’s defense is fantastic with Chase Young and we knew it would be. Daniel Jones has 36 turnovers the last two years, the most in the NFL. I think it will be an ugly and choppy game, and Kyle Allen won’t turn it over, and I believe Daniel Jones will. I think off a bye I will take Washington to win and cover in an ugly game, 24-17.”

Colin's pick: Washington -3

Dolphins at Cardinals (SPREAD: ARI -4.5)

“Like Arizona? I LOVE Arizona. Cardinals are coming off a bye and Miami is traveling 3,000 miles across the country. Tua last week was at home with two weeks to prepare, and was very comfortable. Now he’s going to be in a shootout because Arizona off a bye is going to put a lot of points up. Arizona's offense this year is first in total yards and rushing yards, and is second in rushing touchdowns. The Dolphins had 145 total yards last week. I think this comes down to Arizona rested and healthier, and Tua is going to be forced to play at a much higher rate – he’s going to be throwing 30-35 times. I don’t think he’s ready for it. I’m going to take Kyler and Arizona to win and cover, 30-22.”
Colin's pick: Arizona -4.5

Saints at Bucs (SPREAD: TB -5.5)

“I really like Tom Brady and the Bucs here -5.5. Why were the Buccaneers so flat on Monday Night Football? Because they were looking ahead to this thing. Don’t look at a team looking ahead the previous week thinking that’s who they are. The difference between Brady and Brees is that one of them is really good right now. The Bucs have the best point differential in the NFL, and the best turnover differential since losing to the Saints in Week 1. Take the first game out, their defense in Tampa is number one in the NFL. They also have the ability with AB to throw over the top, in the slot, and up the sidelines. Right now, Tampa is an offense with no limitations. Drew Brees missed practice yesterday and he’s banged up. Do not watch game 1 at all, Tampa since then is number one in point differential and turnover differential. It’s not the same team. Tampa wins and covers, 30-21, and I’m not even sure it will feel that close.”

Colin's pick: Tampa Bay -5.5
