Clay Travis Gives Props to All Who Helped Make College Football Happen

The college football season is now officially over. Alabama dominated Ohio State last night, on their way to an amazing 6th title in 12 years. This season was truly unlike any other in the history of the sport, and Clay Travis is giving several people a ton of credit for making the games possible during a tough Covid year.

Clay gives props to SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey, as he was a true leader this summer in being determined to have a season. If it was not for Sankey, Clay isn't sure a season happens at all.

The Big 12 and ACC deserve a ton of credit as well, as do high-profile players like Justin Fields and Trevor Lawrence. The star player's voices leading up to the season were incredibly important.

Clay and Outkick were leading the way for college to have a season as far as national media goes. A portion of the media and sports media in our country did not believe a season this year was safe or possible, but Clay kept pushing and fighting for it. The season ended up not only happening but crossing the finish line successfully.
