Horseracing Needs a Pre-Race Inspection, Like NASCAR

Horseracing is at it again and Dan Patrick proposes a solution. He suggests horseracing institutes pre-race testing like NASCAR and disqualify horses BEFORE the race if they test positive for banned substances. This isn’t the first, second or even third time this has happened and, unless steps are taken, it won’t be the last. It is causing a huge issue for the bookmakers and is giving horseracing serious credibility issues.
