On Friday's "2 Pros and a Cup of Joe," the guys react to the Jaguars starting the season 0-4 after their loss to the Bengals on Thursday Night Football, and they wonder how Urban Meyer will endure if losses keep piling up.

Jonas Knox: "Urban Meyer seems like losses affect him a lot more than they do some people... There's been multiple times where you've seen him, hands on his knees. I actually think they're getting better. If I'm a Jaguars fan, I think I'd be feeling pretty good about where they're at right now. It's easy to pick on him now but wasn't Jimmy Johnson 1-15 his first year in Dallas?"
Brady Quinn: "They need another cycle of draft picks and free agency in order to get this thing back on track the way they need to be competitive... This is going to take awhile. It's not that easy to turn this thing over and I think the thing where Urban struggles is he's looking at his history of success and he's saying, I'm going to do the same thing here to have success, and that's just not the same formula."
LaVar Arrington: "Urban Meyer has a been a Champion winner and Urban Meyer has always been able to figure out how to get things done in a very timely fashion. The one thing I felt when I was looking at Urban on the sideline when the game was over and he went walking onto the field, losing is a place where he is totally lost. He is very lost..."
