LaVar Arrington, TJ Houshmandzadeh and Plaxico Burress welcome in Thomas Davis Sr. on this week's edition of "A Legendary Moment." Thomas talks about the tough decisions he made as a kid that propelled him to his All-Pro career.

LaVar Arrington: "What ended up being your proudest moment?"
Thomas Davis Sr.: "When I was in the 11th grade, my mom allowed me to make a decision. She took my younger sister to Alabama the next state over for a better job opportunity and she didn't force me to move. She gave me the option of staying at my high school because I had started to establish myself and I felt that was my best opportunity to make it out of Shellman, Georgia and to get a scholarship. It was one of those things where at 17 years old, your mom is allowing you to make a grown man decision. For me, it was about me not letting her or my younger sister down. I'm not going to give her a bad example to look at. Everything in my mindset was built off positivity and making it. There was no doubt in my mind I was going to make it out."
