On today’s “Straight Outta Vegas with RJ Bell,” RJ and AJ Hoffman discuss the brand new rankings for the College Football Playoff. For the second week in a row, the committee has left the undefeated Cincinnati Bearcats outside of the Top 4. AJ Hoffman believes that the path for Cincinnati to be in the College Football Playoff at the end of the season is nearly unattainable, because of all the scenarios that would need to take place.

RJ Bell: “Cincinnati’s odds to make the College Football Playoff are +350. Is that fair?”
AJ Hoffman: “Yes, even if they go undefeated, they’re still underdogs to make the playoff.”
RJ Bell: “So what scenario has to happen for Cincinnati to make it? Even if they finish at #4?”
AJ Hoffman: “Multiple teams would have to have 2 losses: Ohio State, Oregon, Alabama, plus Oklahoma, Michigan State and Michigan can all pass them if they win out.”
